You know your Nutrients and their Job. I was born and reared in S. W.Va. My Mother had a garden and I learned the value of Organic food. I have been disgustingly healthy most of my life...In Europe they use Human waste just as much as Animal and it works for them. Your way makes the soil healthy and the products also. Keep up the good work.
