You only need one. Let me suggest Fidelity. Imo, they are a well capitalized and service rich orgainization, well suitable for an ira, and they allow any options play that does not entail the use of margin. This only precludes writing puts and writing naked calls.

Schwab lets you sell covered calls and buy puts on stocks you own in an IRA, but that's about it. You can't buy QQQ puts unless you own the qqq, so the hedging ability is there, albeit somewhat limited.
