The mule (RFMD) hasn't been doing well at all , from a stock performance point of view; but to predict a downgrade when fundamentals are good (AFAIK) and valuation isn't a problem (at least compared to other companies in the sector that have performed much better in this little rally) doesn't make sense. A downgrade simple because there's room for it is a somewhat embarrassing line of thought.
