Huh??? It HAS cooled off already this year with
6 consecutive interest rate hikes.

Consumer spending and capital investment drive
the economy forward. The only thing that will
depress the price of housing in silicon valley
are layoffs & recession. Nobody I know wants
that to happen.

I don't know of any decree or law that allows the
fed to continue to confiscate earnings of working
people when it is running a budget surplus.

That's the law of supply and demand. One of these days, those prices will come down. Too bad for those who will have overpaid.knc
