as someone who lives in an area with a fairly large Mexican population, it is easy to understand the need for phone access "back home" where these folks live. on any weekend there are lines of people waiting to use pay phones to call back home - where the calls are most likely to be "initiated" since the states side family member is more likely to have the ability to pay for the call. i'm just curious as to who/how one pays in a situation where a non-G* pay phone is used to call a G* fixed phone. Are the systems in place to allow this to happen?
