Buy signal?
I think the market has basically told us today that the selling of Cisco is over with. It outperformed the Nas by a wide margin today. It is time to catch up and I believe it will.

Interested in what signals you use to come to your conclusion (after you do your "homework").

Let us know if it happens. I like to watch this stock break out to the upside. I still fear that any upside surge will be reversed by Octover, but I have been wrong many many times on Cisco, because I've been too conservative. :)
