Pettit listed Aug. 14 as the approximate sale date for the shares. I guess he could have gotten a better price today.<g> This stock looks to break out, finally. I don't think Furukawa is as aggressive a seller as people think. Instead, I believe large short positions have been created thanks to those rumors. Maybe some intitutions had to sell some of their positions and think there has been plenty of time for that. With all the new upstarts that need JDSU components (in addition to the NT, LUs), things are looking pretty good for this company.
