Larry,

I understood that the vote would be a mail in vote much like the proxy statements we get now. I read somewhere that if the proxies do not get returned they will count as a "vote no". If this were the case wouldn't the vote take time to complete the election and make sure stockholders had time to return from business trips or vacations? Wouldn't the stock continue to trade until the votes were counted? I was assuming stockholders would have a few weeks to trade after the ballots were sent.

I wasn't very clear on my plans to Robert. If the merge is approved by VRTS and SEG stockholders I plan to accept the cash and VRTS shares but I wouldn't plan on dumping the VRTS shares at the first opportunity. I would instead take my time selling VRTS stock because their value may be better when all this uncertainty is over.
