Hi Mike, I know Millionaire has gushing ratings which demand high rates from advertisers and that makes it a profitable show. But something else bugs me. Don't they use a 900 number to get their contestants? I'm wondering how much revenue they get from each caller and how many callers they get. Is there any ruse to keep you on the phone longer than you think necessary. Any idea how much this has cost you? TIA DS
