Mike,

Not entirely sure what I meant <g> I have heard some companies announce EPS before amortization and given the presumed favorable tax consequences under which this deal was fashioned I would think that this would make the most sense. Nonetheless, each business sector will be governed by its own metrics and (once fully disclosed in a few weeks) there will be an established constant in which to measure growth going forward.
