Also, a lot of states have laws that give you a cause of action for wrongful failure against insurance companies, to provide insurance coverage. >> Our Dept. of Insurance is real good on small stuff. I was talking about friend Mikey's problem. Went to arbitration. Has drug on and on. It's their claim, no, it's their claim. Finally got settled but now is headed to Federal court.
