As of the most recent Intel roadmap update (earlier this month), the 1.3GHz P4 was dropped. It's only coming out at 1.4GHz and 1.5GHz. And at insanely low prices, apparently.

That above URL contains information from that roadmap. The second page is not directly from the roadmap (so I can't vouch for it one hundred percent, but I am pretty certain since it agrees with previous information I've seen, it's probably on-par).

Hmm. Do me a favour and don't spread info about that page. I haven't really finished it up, and it's not published on my webpage.

Fast, slow, cool, crap ... P4 and the situation surrounding it is going to be bloody interesting!

I believe Intel have said that other speeds (including slower) will come later. I suspect not at all if they underperform P3.
