My alarm comes from finding out there is water instead of ice at the North Pole. I guess it doesn't take much to alarm me. <g>

I think it was non-frozen water north of the arctic circle but not actually at he north pole. Of course all I have seen about it is a post here quoting a news reported that quoted another news report. I can't actually claim detailed or direct knowlege.

I do not believe in global warming. However, we should start planning for the AMD 20 year reunion beach trip to Greenland's tropical south shore.
