And will you be around when I am right? No your ilk never is. Just want to hear the one sided arguement. Well guess what? JDSU is priced for perfection and your have not got 1/4 of the resources I do.

1/4 of the resources???? I guess you are refering to information/research/money etc. All I can say is that too much of the resources can kill your returns if you are playing the market as if you are better than most. I see most so called experts with a lot of "resources" make less than the index (S and P/ Nasdaq etc) itself can give you. It is the poor ignorant folks that get the great returns.

My opinion is that if you wanted to make a negative case for JDSU, you are too late to join the shorts that have made a lot of money in the past few months. It is now about to make big time gains, IMHO. I am just waiting for the August short interest report. Looking to see the market reaction to JDSU once it is out (any day). I don't really trade based upon it but think there will be investors/traders that do.

BTW---You have a very amusing profile page. What you doing on a JDSU message board? It is not a resource stock.
We need more people with short positions in JDSU on this message board. That is why I sending out a welcome to you.

Good Luck...and you might need a lot of it if you are short at this time.

OT>>>>>>>OT
Actually, shorting the right stuff can be interesting. Dotcoms or farfetched "biotechs" with expiring lockups, for example. So I will hand you a good short as a gift: DVSA.
Now, re: JDSU. It appears highly unlikely that a major customer would say "don't send us any more components," in light of the fact that they are rather overly concerned with supply, and not the lack thereof. So your "reasoning" is essentially the same as saying "what if...someone detonated a 10 megaton device in Times Square?" The consequences are obvious, but the question is a simpleton's reductio ad absurdum.
