VCampus Will Offer Publishing, Hosting, and Delivery of Online
Courses in Spanish and Portuguese to Audiences in Brazil, Spain,
United States, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, and Colombia

VCampus Corporation (Nasdaq: VCMP), a leading e-Learning Application Service
Provider (ASP) today announced that UOL, South America's largest horizontal
information portal and access provider, has agreed to partner with VCampus as the
exclusive provider of e-Learning services for its eight million users. VCampus will offer
publishing, hosting, and delivery of online courses in Spanish and Portuguese to audiences
in Brazil, Spain, United States, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, and Colombia.
VCampus, the leading e-Learning solution provider, develops, manages and hosts
turn-key, web-based learning environments for corporations, academic institutions and
government agencies allowing them to offer global distance learning solutions to their
customers, employees and students.

While the full potential of the partnership is still being explored, the deal will generate
additional revenue based on sales of VCampus content through UOL portals. The
partnership will also open many more doors for VCampus in Latin America with the
strategic partnership including entres to key Latin American corporate government
contacts.

VCampus will offer its full courseware library of more than 1,300 web-based courses to
UOL's more than 10 million unique visitors. UOL Inc. has consolidated its positioning as
the clear leader on the Internet throughout Latin America, reaching more than 4 billion
page views and close to 7 million registered users in the second quarter of this year. In
Brazil only, the company has more than 750,000 access subscribers in 169 cities; a
monthly average of 7 million unique visitors and a market reach of over 80 percent.

Resources, and other courses as well as offer full blown degree programs from
VCampus academic partners Park University, University of Texas Telecampus,
