For what it's worth, the SEC was contacting former shareholders via the phone as recently as last month. That is, they were still "investigating." I'm not entirely sure why, but I was one of several who was called. I am puzzled because I don't recall ever contacting them about DCTC.

By the way, the auditors very well may have some liability to investors. A couple of years ago, the auditors for Centennial Technology had to pony up a bunch of money when it was discovered that they failed to recognize criminal conduct by the CEO. George

Wasn't it my buddy Adams who engaged in the MASSIVE unreported selling? (that was explained away by Murphy at the shareholders meeting as being an "oversight", since Adams thought his accountant handled the reporting?). Of course, Adams himself was sitting at the meeting like a caught timid rabbit unwilling to address the matter HIMSELF. He'll be a great leader............V

Please, stop the talk of the short sellers. Any short seller would have covered long ago. Why on earth would anyone still hold a short position when the most they could gain is 10 cents?

The short selling talk is an illusion. Is it possible that it was a deliberate distraction?

Joe Murphy endorsing a cert recall to stop shorts is another matter. That was, to say the least, improper! I’d use a stronger word, but I’m trying to be nice.
