Looks like he left out a few places of EMP.->Larry Katz is a Director of the Morgan Fund and is responsible for investment management. Mr. Katz joined Merrill Lynch in 1983, as a financial consultant, and has recently been director of technical research for West America Securities, Inc. Mr. Katz is a full member of the Market Technicians Association and is a founder and the current president of their Southern California Chapter. He is a regular contributor to Top Advisors Corner on America On Line and a regular guest on the KWHY Business Channel in Los Angeles. His analyses have been published in Barron's Magazine. morganfund.com

I would like to publically thank Ziasun/Bryant Cragun for continuing with it's lawsuit and thus making me look for old documents to turn over. Doing so has refreshed my memory on many facets of this schmellly pig. CMB
