I have no better idea than my post of about a month ago:

I still expect COMS to nudge past the $825 million revenue number that was the upper end of their guidance, but even then they'll still show a loss for this Q and the next two Q's if you believe their guidance. The crucial thing for COMS is to not disappoint with the revenue number - they've put their necks on the line by betting on the higher growth potential businesses, if they don't produce in line or slightly ahead of their guidance, forget it.

All that said, I'm sure the guidance was conservative (since they know they can't screw up), so they could have achieved a significant upside to the $825 million revenue number. That kind of upside surprise, together with a bullish (but unlikely) EB/BC conference call, could really move COMS well into the $20's. Unfortunately, I'm no longer one to bet on COMS upside surprises, and I'll probably be out of my present (much smaller) COMS position before earnings.

As for the progress of the share buy back, there's nothing in the various PR's or SEC filings to indicate how much, if any, stock they've bought back. We'll find out with the earnings and the 10Q.
