Just saw the movie, the Insider. Recommend it to you highly. The favorite whipping boys of folks like you are always the lawyers and the press. Without either, the US would quickly become something other than a democracy. But I suppose you wouldnt mind that. A world where the tobacco companies ruled, the right to sue severely limited, and the press on a leash would suit your agenda just fine. As long as you get your tax cuts, execute mostly the guilty, send women back to the back alleys for abortions, and free industry from the threat of lawsuit when they commit eggregious acts, you will be a happy camper.
