I also believe that AMD is well positioned. But your post leads me to believe that you are looking at things through the rose colored glasses of somebody who spends too much time on the AMD thread, and starts believing all the conjecture that gets posted. There are a lot of people making a lot of assumptions, based on very few solid facts.

So far, nobody that has owned Intel with any kind of long term timeframe has been wrong. And there have always been just as many skeptics as there are now, and they were just as confident as the folks here. That doesn't mean that things haven't changed, but I wouldn't bet on it.
