oscairo: Obviously, you are a frustrated customer. I suggest you contact the rep who handles your account. To a large extent, this is not the proper forum to merely vent. There are some knowledgeable individuals here who may be able to guide you in the right direction toward resolve your problems. However, to come to this board and essentially state "Oricale Suckx" will get you nowhere, which apparently is where you will continue to be if you continue to vent here as you have over the past month.
