All I meant was that I've read threads around here where some partisan crowd runs it and drowns out any dissenting views. That doesn't seem to happen here, but I was just trying to discourage it.

However, having said that, I can't figure out much from your criticism of ORCL's products. Can you be more detailed about what you don't like?

I don't like most of Oracle products. I do like the DB. I've made a lot of money owning Oracle stock. The less I use their products the more I like the stock. Marketing is everything, or as we used to say "perception is reality."
