Re: you may have accidentally missed the cooler used No, I saw the cooler. Neither P4 nor 1.45GHZ Thunderbird are yet out. But both are scheduled for December or January. The overclocked Thunderbird is running its FSB at 300MHZ while the production part will be at 266, but the production part will have DDR 266 RAM while the overclocked chip was running PC100 (it used an irongate chipset). So those benchmarks are probably not much lower than what we'll be seeing from AMD this winter. It will be interesting to see the same benchmarks from P4. Dan
