Hey, Mr. Potatohead (or as our famous ex-Vice President would say, "Mr. Potatoehead"),

Thanks for the info. I just read it twice and it makes no sense whatsoever to me. ;-)

To sell (tomorrow), or not to sell, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mines of Snap,
To drink DeBeers or ram the odd bodkin
In the midst of overbearing sorrows,
Or pehaps a beast with two backs with that Oppenheimer girl,
Dissovle itself into adieu,
For these are the days that try men's souls

THE END

Hi russett! Sadly, I tendered my shares yesterday. A letter from the Royal Bank Action Direct, said exactly the same thing. I couldn't make heads or tails of it either. The Royal Bank also had on their form that shares were to be tendered by Noon on the 23rd. The trader that I spoke to, said that I was the 5th tender that he personally had handled yesterday. Now I guess we hope that DeBeers doesn't get 50.1% and opts not to buy offered shares. Although in that scenario, the words "Fat Chance" spring to mind.

All the best,
Margie
