ROIL is my favorite small cap company:

1. ROIL is selling at 2.8X 2000 DCFPS.

2. ROIL increased production 21% from 2Q 1999, and 4% from 1Q 2000. Production increases come from the drill bit not acquisitions.

3. Analyst rating is 1.33

4. Leverage declined to 31.81% from a low 38.21% while production increased.

5. Cash flow increased in 2Q over 1Q by over 10%.

6. Only 11 out of 66 companies increased production over both 1Q and 2Q 1999, increased cash flow from 1Q to 2Q and reduced debt during record commodity prices.
