Good point. Some news really is news (i.e., significant, fundamental, and not already priced into the stock). The SUNW/EXDS 'news' is that the two companies are "teaming to develop Exodus'® next generation storage offering." The "teaming to develop" is the interesting part: is this really fundamental 'news'?
