Robert,

I just follow the rule that if a chart formation, regardless if it is bullish or bearish, is resolved in either direction the resulting move is strong. So I agree with you.

I love to trade pattern failures especially because the resulting moves tend to be rather explosive as usually a lot of people are caught leaning the wrong way and then they panic.
