I owned cnxt until they stumbled a few months ago and I got out. I used my money to buy more brcm and pmcs. I admit I have not followed cnxt since then and have not studied their acquisitions. *OT* Here's a nice piece on brcm and this sector if you haven't seen it.

Let me mention briefly to you that TD had undoubtedly done his homework on CNXT. I think his opinion is clear, and there is no need for a confrontational approach on this.

I also owned CNXT, and sold it at a loss. Clearly the performance of the two companies is crystal clear. From my perspective, 3 stocks continue to peform: PMCS, AMCC and TXCC.

Those are my picks, and until something changes, stocks like GALT, VTSS, CNXT are not on my radar screen. I've even sold my TQNT, but still hold RFMD for the ST.
