Have you talked to Michelle Cutting at ZSUN? She is in charge of Shareholder Services. Stated that: "After posting significant growth in revenues, earnings, market penetration, and geographic presence over the last 18 months, ZiaSun Tecnologies is targeting furter expansion through acquisitions of high-traffic websites, proprietary Internet software developers, telephony and bandwidth providers, and online service firms."

Exactly. Hell ZSUN provides an office for Cragun, and though he's trying like crazy to distance himself from the boiler rooms, it just ain't happenin. On one hand he tries to distance himself from them, then on the other, he starts a NV corp. with one of the main scum behind them, Lynn Briggs, and Cragun shares an address with one of them and has his name all over filing with them, not to mention people that buy into these stocks are told he's the head guy. Hey Bryant and ZSUN, TELL IT TO THE JUDGE(AND JURY). CMB
