Yes, that is true, but the perception of wallstreet is not always fair. T will not go down IMO on the day that (if) AWE shares are distributed to T holders. Also I must add that if a distribution were to happen, it must be restricted to those share holders of record before April 18th (that was AWE IPO day?).

FTR I am still long (for 4 years now) T. As a shareholder I "feel" (I know, to let emotions influence investments is not wise) that I have been let down by T management in their handling of the whole AWE (I am long there also....I was one of the lucky IPO players) affair. I am disappointed.
