Way cheaper than Dell and it's a Micron company.
I'm going to order a Dell laptop later with 32MB DRAM.
Then I'll add 128MB from crucial.com for a sizable savings.

I'll keep eyes open for a chart.

Give these links a try for historical DRAM prices. Just click on the part your are interested in. It runs a java script, right clicking causes it to freeze up for me. The data only goes back a year.
