Thanks Jenna! CTXS surely was nice...everytime I make money in it I'm extra satisfied as I lost so much in the Friday to Monday fall from low 40's to low 20's a couple of months back....tuna

for the second quarter ended July 30, 2000.

Net sales for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001 were $60.6 million, an increase of 59 percent over comparable prior year second quarter net sales of $38.3 million. Net income for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001 was $13.7 million or $0.36 per diluted share, an increase of 121 percent over net income of $6.2 million, or $0.18 per diluted share in the second quarter of last fiscal year.

NEWBURY PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2000--Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq:SMTC - news)
a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors for communications, computers, and industrial systems,
today announced a two-for-one stock split.

Semtech's Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend. Shareholders of record on Sept. 5, 2000, will be issued a certificate representing one additional share of common stock for each share of common stock held on the record date. The additional shares will be mailed or delivered on or about Sept. 25, 2000, by the Company's transfer agent. It is expected that the outstanding common stock will begin to trade on a post-split basis on Sept. 26, 2000.

Separately, Semtech today announced record net sales, gross margin and net income for the second quarter ended July 30, 2000. Second quarter net sales were up 59 percent and net income was up 121 percent, year-over-year. New orders for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001 increased 16 percent over the prior quarter.

Jenna, You mentioned today a pattern that you keep seeing with ARTG over and over, and were going to post a chart.
If you have a chance, could you explain it a little? The stcok sure is acting wierd lately!

Jenna: What did I do wrong with ONXX. Bought on your report @ 21 3/8 on Aug 11 ! Stock went down and I bailed out same day.. a few days later it spiked to between $ 25-32 ? Thanks
