There is not a problem that I am aware of. However, I always get nervous when I see an insider take money off the table. I figure that an insider is going to have a better idea of the true value of the firm's assets than I ever will. I just wanted to make you and other contributors to this thread aware of these transactions.

Hello Claude, just read an August bulletin from Pacific Int. BAY is among their top 4 picks for the 3rd qtr. target $4.

Amazing the stock is still under $3, very cheap
