CACH around $3 is a buy; CARH around $2 is a buy; in fact I bought CARH early today again.JMO

PLCO may slide back into the high teens following the 3 million and (.10) a share loss for the Quarter but should be a good time to accumulate for the bounce in the next few months. They still have 10 million in working capital and much of the losses are because of expansion of new stores and the upgrading of their E-Commerce internet sites.
