OT

I am not saying you should merely vote your personal finacial self interest if you feel strongly about the issues. I was using your case as an example. You may be richer then me but I don't feel the government should try to redistribute your wealth to me.

I could try to answer the rest of your post in detail but basically it would just amount to me stateing that I am on the complete opposite side of each particular issue you mentioned. (for example you support "standing up to the NRA", and I would support "standing up for our 2nd amendment rights", in fact I'm a member of the NRA but I don't own a gun).

Kash, re:<I also like the dems standing up to NRA, tobacco as well womans right to choose etc.>

What are you talking about. Females in the uterus do not have the right to choose anything. The dems want them exterminated.

I do think that the richest nation in the world should at least provide healthcare for kids as well as better schools etc.

I also like the dems standing up to NRA, tobacco as well womans right to choose etc.

I guess i am just an idiot and should simply vote in my self- interest.

Kash,

Actually I think you are voting for your own self interest. I am learning that the better everyone else is doing, the better I do.
