Hi Jim,

Thanks for your updates. Keep up the good analysis. The fed did what we all expected on this thread. A lot of us here believe that the fed is out of the picture and the next move (whenever that is) will be a rate cut. So now that we have fed out of the way, as investors return from their August vacations, we should be able to engineer a break out.

I noticed that the NDX was repelled by the upper boundary of the large triangle today. Eyeballing the chart I see this resistance at the 3900 area. We have advanced 400 points on the NDX in a short time and need a breather. My guess is that we will consolidate for a few days (pullback/sideways action) which will also help work out the over bought conditions.

I will be buying this coming pullback and will be even more aggresive when we successfully take out the 3900 area. I dont expect the NDX to go below the 3700 area, however, if we approach the 3500 area then all bets are off and I will be looking to go short.
