Hi Mike, That makes me wonder what kind of astronomical figures recordable-DVD will be generating if/when it becomes available. Recordable DVD for TV is now available. I skimmed an online article on it just last week. Damned if I can remember what manufacturer has released it. I do remember it was DVD-RAM and could not be re-played on other DVD players. It's MSRP was a reasonable $3500.00. This is the first step in the death of the VCR. It doesn't bode well for the TiVo or Replay either. If anyone else saw that article, who was the manufacturer?
