Got to buy those telecoms. With the market rising and going into September when more big volume will return these beaten-down telcos have got to be the best big cap bargains around. VZ, LU, T, WCOM, FON, etc. Not going to fly up right away but should be nice strong 25-50% medium term position plays. VZ esp with a PE of 10 and little impact from strike now settled. Since GTE and BEL merged the stock is down around 30%. Value play for sure.
