Does this mean I should reply with something stupid like,

"for the longest time, I felt Green and Value were friends of Moon Zappa and shorted DCTC before turning it in to the SEC".

Don't confuse LONG-TIMER with HYPSTER! I am LONG and POOR in DCTC.

Now back to discussions about the SEC charges....

1) How many months until DCTC officially responds to the charges?

2) If DCTC pursues suing its auditors like the newsletter implies, wouldn't that be a conflict of interest since its own officers are being charged with the same crime as the auditors? Would this be like watching OJ go after the REAL killers? Imagine if America is still waiting for OJ to get started...maybe after the DCTC shareholder meeting....

3) I spoke to an SEC rep today and he informed me that the SEC does NOT review and approve deals made by DCTC unless a court ordered the SEC to do so. This means there is NO blessing by the SEC on the ROTI deal. This person I spoke to is not directly involved in the DCTC investigation but was commenting on proper SEC procedures.

If you think the ROTI deal smells bad, maybe it does. I have no opinion on the ROTI deal yet as I am too ignorant to know better.....so far....
