I don't know, Petz, maybe Intel just couldn't find a gigamine to do the demo against the "netburst". I think they may have shipped Elmer's gigamines from the last IDF.

Not necessarily. Perhaps this month's GHz CPU was already sold to Dell and they would not loan it back for the demo.
