Hillary thinks she knows better than any of the "great unwashed." Hillary is an arrogant and ignorant but thinks she knows best for everyone. Hillary would have made a better Marie Antoinette than a First Lady.

Well, I do not recall that those sort of jokes about Hillary revolved around that issue. I seem to recall they predated it, and had to do with her winning personality, not her policy........

I always call her Mrs. Clinton - it's more insulting than using her given name.
