Actually, that is not true. Various Republican proposals were floated, like medical accounts and catastrophic insurance, and the administration played hardball and stiffed them.......

There is only one problem with that analysis Tiger. Democrats had a majority for the first two years of the Clinton administration. The main reason they were tossed out by the electorate was because of their brand of Hillary-care. Michael
