Share and share alike....

The 300M assumes all G* LP PIs are converted to G* common; so everybody gets 60$/share! Or, if they're not converted, 90M or so GSTRF shares get 60$ each, and 50M PIs get 240$ per share. At least, that's the way I think it's supposed to work.

Let's see...
90M GSTRF common at 60$/share=5.4B$
plus 50M PIs @ 240$/share=12B$

We're a lot richer than you thought!
