I think you hit the nail on the head there, mishedlo. Yeah incredibly they've managed to almost begin to turn a profit by making nothing. That million or so profit from last quarter doesn't have to go toward plant food, employees salaries, etc., it can just go toward more lawyers for pumping the stock price so the few employees they do have can make off with the stock options.

Once again, pure speculation. "stands to" is not earnings. It's more hopes and dreams. Please let me know when Rambus IS collecting royalties on the entire DRAM market, and how much. Of course, even in that incredibly unlikely (to the point of such ridiculousness that it's probably not even worth discussing) event, RMBS at its CURRENT price would still be way overvalued, but keep on hoping more lemmings follow you underneath the big pyramid. Just don't forget which 200 are at the top.
