Suresh, APAT breaking out on increase volume. Crossed the 200 day EMA at 18.36 on Friday.

At least not everyone is spinning the MU lawsuit against RMBS negatively. OK !! looks incredibly infantile. can you find a more compelling example of the sheer egotistical raise of the dog leg? i cannot fathom a better one. there is no better one. say hello to the esteemed management team of micron technology. striving to achieve no better thing than to run the company into the ground in order to do, in all it's glory, the only thing that corporate executives are good for. to stroke themselves. then again, MU just gave RMBS a lot more cred than it had just a day ago. and to think i closed MU short recently in order to 'take profits'. i feel so lowly ... of course, with justice being a literal revolving door of anti trust, it makes sense that micron should also seek that route. it has turned into something of a 'ticket'. which is exactly what the feds want : to be at the nexus of power. anybody else just a little bit sick of it? what was it again that was resolved with the microsoft case? ummm ... gee ... uhhh we had that decision. then we had that 'stay' ?? now we got .... uhhh ... nothing. zero. squat. it was all a waste of time. hey micron, why not negotiate? oh, you have an ego how big? those pennies add up to how much? of course, players in commodity markets are not always so pathetic. hell bent to have it this own way in order to keep that old way completely unto oneself. i guess the 'memory hill' is something of a short climb. so grasp grasp grasp! all unto in the modern day reincarnation of Franco. awe shucks. i almost forgot the most important part! entertainment value. click click click! i guess if you live long enough, you get to see a little bit of everything. i'd like nothing less than to see micron dissolved. short with a target of 1 1/16. kensey See the annotated graph of this recommendation at: clearstation.com
