If you are in the circle that are 'printing' the EDIG shares, I would guess that the price for which the shares are sold, matters very little.

What difference would price make as there are plenty of shares where they came from. How can we save these hardcore investors from loosing everything?...humble carl working hard for you

Kerry--thanks for the qualification. However, coincidence or not, I thought it prudent to point out EDIG insiders did not sell at or even anywhere close to the top of EDIG's high marks. The impression Carl always gives is that an Almighty Rip happened. It didn't. And only a prejudiced thinker would make such a claim.
