The Foster business was very weird, and the White House created suspicion by insisting on cleaning out his office before investigators could get in there. It is natural that there should have been various sorts of speculation. In Filegate, the mass amnesia of those who could have shed light on the matter was absurd, and it was clear that privacy had been breached for political purposes, even if responsibility could not be clearly assigned. In Travelgate, well, Billy Dale was acquitted of ridiculous charges ginned up to get him out. You paranoid take on the matter is very amusing, though............
