Michael: I respectfully disagree. The majors thinking that $18 oil is just around the corner (by next year) will cause some serious pain for themselves and our country. With ever increasing demand, and limited excess worldwide capacity, they had better seriously ramp up their drilling programs. If they don't get the oil they need, because of politics, depletion, etc., they're out of business. IMHO they MUST take a greater degree of risk to be certain they will have adequate supplies going forward. Bernie
