It is not the generally accepted version of events, that is really over the top. For example, most people believed Juanita. Clinton was re- elected because nothing was proven, and things were going pretty well, and even then he could not get a majority of voters. Gingrich is no longer speaker because many Republicans would not have someone in the middle of a scandal representing them, and he decided that a fight to retain the speakership would damage the party. Really, you must get a little fresh air........
