Hi SE:

It's strange that someone else's poison becomes someone else's passion. I can recall on so many ocassions where I picked up stock or leaps on companies that took significant hits (RMBS being one recently when it went down to 65, and CREE when it went down to the 85-90 level). I've had the superstition of posessing the knowledge/certtainty that when ever I go to dump a stock that I just got fed up with, itt turns around (usually that same day) on the upswing. I did that today selling my final 1000 share of MYGN at 134, where it was approaching the cost basis. Now watch that puppy soar (splitting 2:1 on 09/11).

Just some thoughts to further clutter any sense of certainty.

David
